ent is a local construction company run by architects and carpenters in Tsu City, Mie Prefecture. However, it is a slightly unusual housing company with no "salesmen." The carpenters who build houses use designs and materials that are suited to the local climate and environment.

設計にこだわる

太陽に素直な設計

entでは設計する際に24時間365日の日照シミュレーションを用いて、その土地の立地を最大限に活かした設計を作成します。夏は日差しを遮り家を涼しくし、冬は陽の光を最大限に室内に取り入れて冷暖房への依存を減らし自然エネルギーを最大限に活用して快適な室内環境を実現する省エネ住宅である「パッシブ住宅」を設計していきます。

At ent, we use 24/7 sunlight simulations when designing to create designs that make the most of the land's location. We design "passive homes," which are energy-efficient homes that block sunlight to cool the house in the summer and maximize sunlight in the winter, reducing dependence on heating and cooling and making the most of natural energy to create a comfortable indoor environment.

素材にこだわる

Noサイディング、Noビニールクロス

entでは新建材であるサイディングやビニールクロスは一切採用しない家づくりをしています。漆喰や本物の木といった自然由来の素材を取り入れ、長持ちするだけではなく経年美を愉しめる家を手掛けています。本物の素材は長持ちすることはもちろん、次の世代に産業廃棄物を残すのではなく資産となる家を残していきます。

At ent, we don't use any new building materials like siding or vinyl wallpaper. Instead, we use natural materials like plaster and real wood to create homes that are not only long-lasting but also age beautifully. Real materials not only last a long time, but also allow us to leave homes that will be assets to the next generation, rather than industrial waste.
